How do I get W-2 from Amazon after I quit? ›

Employees and former employees (yes you retain access) can log into their ADP account and print a copy of their W-2. Assuming you are the employee/former employee you could also call the Amazon Employee Resource Center (ERC).

Contact Your Former Employer

Politely ask them to send your form, and confirm your current address or email. If you have moved since leaving the job, your W-2 form may have been sent to your old address. It's a good idea to ask for an estimate of when you should receive the W-2.

California Employee Connect Information

CEC is the State Controller's web-based portal that allows you to view/print your paystubs and Form W-2s.

You still must file your tax return on time even if you do not receive your Form W-2. If you cannot get a W-2 by your tax-filing deadline, you may use Form 4852, “Substitute for Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement,” but it will delay any refund due while the information is verified.

Tax software like TurboTax can import your W-2 electronically and will actually notify you when your W-2 is available to start your taxes.
