Met up with some friends here — had a little bit of a difficult time finding parking. They share the same parking lot with the neighboring business and it’s not a large parking lot especially if there’s an event going on.
Very nice inside with lots of seating with tables/chairs and a bar. They are dog friendly since I did see several dogs there. The staff is very friendly.
Good selection of beers to choose from. I had a dark one and it was delicious. During the time I was there, they had someone explain their beer making process and describe what each tank does. It was fascinating to learn more about how they make their beer.
This is a good place to meet up with friends and have a drink or two. The atmosphere is very casual and relaxing. Plus the beer is good.

Very cool dog friendly brewery. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and had an excellent experience. Beer was delish, will be going back! Side note, no kitchen or food truck but you can bring in your take out food.

Excellent quality and broad selection of brews with a modern, large tasting room. I seldom make it out to this part of town (Benjamin Rd between Hillsborough and Waters), but it’s most convenient for a brewery. The tasting room menu has easily 20 house brews with approx 6 guest taps. Another plus are the 2 large tv’s (tonight being a Lightning game and great crowd here). Dogs are allowed also making it a very casual family vibe.
Beer: the Rosemary/Vanilla IPA is outstanding, the apricot CBGB as well. Their traditional English stout is basic but solid. Highly recommended even with so many local brewery choices.

Best local microbrewery in Tampa. Chris and Leslie are great owners and create a perfect atmosphere. Chris’ beers are consistently the best in the area and the seasonal bottles are good enough to buy multiples to save. As an added bonus the bar is dog friendly and several local restaurants will deliver including Loli’s which has the best tacos in town.

What a great place. Nice people running the establishment, a great selection of beer, «Food Truck Friday,» and a fun crowd. It’s even dog friendly.

Met a Unilocal friend here and had a great time. Six Ten is less a «bar» and more of a «pub» where people get together to meet and talk. And if there’s a beer consumed, so much the better. And while the place does revolve around the beer, it’s really not what it’s all about here.
Lots of tables, small and large. And a bar. And a dog. Because Six Ten doesn’t serve food of their own, they’re completely dog friendly.
Each of the tables has a couple of menus from local spots that will deliver right to your table.
I had a super time at Six Ten. It might have been the good beer. But it was probably just the good company!

This is my favorite brewery in Tampa by far! So many beers to choose from, there own brews are fantastic, and if that’s not enough for you they have a ton of gest brews on tap and in bottles. All kinds of beer too! You’re not just stuck with porters and ipa’s. CBGB is my favorite, plain or with just about any kind of syrup!
The staff is amazing here too! They treat you like they’ve known you for ever and you’re part of the family. I love everyone there! My puppy is a huge fan too! I’d be there every night if I could!

Excellent brewery!
Great location
Amazing beer!
I like dark beers and this place does them well.
They always have excellent food trucks outside their place.
The Hungry Monkey was unbelievably good!
Friendly staff that is knowledgable about beer unlike the people at World of Beer.
Reasonable prices. Not particularly cheap, but on par with every other brewery.

How lucky am I to live in a bustling beer town? And I am even luckier that the closest brewery to my house is the BEST one. Offering in-house selections that are TOP NOTCH and award-winning, as well as an ever-changing interesting variety of guest taps, Six Ten is a must try for beer aficionados. The staff is friendly, warm, knowledgeable and welcoming. If you are easily offended, steer clear of Thursday night’s Truly Awful Trivia, where foul-mouthed Gino entertains the VERY packed house and three teams go home with terrific prizes. If winning free beer is your thing, make sure to arrive early, trivia starts at 630 and the tables are usually gone by 6. This place is great any day of the week!

I’ve been going to 610 for about a year now and I can’t say enough good things about this place or the people who own it and work there. Chris and Leslie (the owners) and Danielle and Brian and Toni — everyone is supercool and patient as can be in helping you select the right beer for you. Thursday night is team trivia with Gino, he is delightfully bawdy and if your team name isn’t dirty enough he’ll assign you a name that would make a sailor blush.
The Friday night food trucks are a mixed bag summer great summer so so, but there’s a couple restaurants that deliver here and you can bring your own food if you care to. I haven’t been there in a couple weeks but I’ve heard there are now serving some light snacks too. They’re not open too late and the The crowd is pretty typical for the microbrew seen, lots of dudes in beards!

Super nice owners– great craft beers & dog friendly! Come visit the mascot cute puppy Maggie! Lots of fun events here like Yappy Hours, food truck nights, horrible adult style trivia, & special beers on Wed! Mixes have been a where from lucky charms beer on St. Patrick’s day to Turtle inspired (Choco nib & Carmel) lots of choices! Menus on every table if you want to order food delivered there from local places as well!

The beer changes all the time and all the time it’s awesome! The staff is super friendly. They saved the day and let my friend borrow a phone charger. The More Than Jesus Imperial stout is fantastic, please keep them coming!

I’ve fallen in love all over agin. Each time I visit a new brewery in Tampa, it’s my new favorite. We have several more stops before I have tried them all but this will be in my top contenders. They have several weisse and sores on tap YUM! The ambience is airy and free spirit, they even have board games you can enjoy. There is no food menu but they encourage the delivery of local fare and even have food menus on each table. I highly recommend you stop on by, you won’t be disappointed.

Six Ten Brewing is near my house, & I pass it at least twice a day. And having never been to an exclusive brewery, I knew THIS one has to be our first. And we were not disappointed! This place is awesome!
Brian was our first server & was incredibly helpful in helping this non-beer drinker find more than one fabulous drink. And hubs so enjoyed the beer Brian suggested for him that it was all he drank last night!
They have a huge shelf of board games & big tvs, and lots of seating. Plus, sometimes they have a food truck!

Came in on a Thursday night with a large-ish group. Staff were friendly and attentive. I only sampled a few beers but they were different enough, I can only imagine there’s got to be something here for everyone.
Thursday is apparently trivia night and we were right up front though I don’t believe many of our group, if any, we’re playing. Trying to visit worth others during trivia probably isn’t the best idea ever.
Otherwise seemed to be a nice place and loved the beer dog.

Visited on a Friday night with some friends. Found Parking easily and bar stools were readily available. The brewery is small but comfy. The crowd was mixed and very friendly in my opinion! There are plenty of indoor tables as well as outdoor seating. This brewery is located down a dark road in a rural setting. Well worth the drive if you aren’t local.
Excellent craft beers and surprising guest taps! Impressive bottles including rare beers with a bottle limit (ex: Funky Buddha Last Snow $ 16).
On tap was generally $ 5-$ 6 for a pint or snifter depending on the ABV. Try the Blouser for sure :)

Whenever I’m in Tampa I stop in at Cigar City but I always feel like I’m missing out on Tampa’s beer scene by only going to one place. It’s such a struggle. Anyway, I was at Cigar City and a guy told me I had to get to Six Ten. So, I looked it up and saw that it was literally right around the corner from my work. I walked in at around 5:00 and it wasn’t too busy. I was able to sit at the bar and I ordered a flight. The guy with the beard helped me (I can’t remember his name) and he was awesome. He had actually only lived in Tampa for a few months and was a transplant from Huntington Beach. I was able to remind him of all the luxuries of SoCal such as 3am tacos and Roscoe’s.
My favorite of the beers I tried was the Blouser. It was a tripel but it was very drinkable. Like, this tripel could get you in trouble because it didn’t taste heavy. They don’t have food here but there are menus of local places that deliver and they served me pretzels galore!
The other cool part about this place is that the patrons were so cool. I was there alone and they made sure I had a great time. Thanks, Six Ten. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Tampa.

Yet another stop on our Tampa Bay Brew Tour, Six Ten Brewing was an unexpected weekend pick. It happens to be fairly close to where I live, which made it a top priority on our list. I wasn’t expecting such a crowd for somewhere so out of the way! It’s located on Benjamin Road, I’d guess not even a mile off of Waters Ave. A food truck was parked in the lot and a group of guys huddled near the door playing cornhole.
We made our way up to the bar and waited for someone to help us. I noticed bowls of pretzels being served to patrons. I asked for a sample of the American Pale Ale, but that definitely was not the beer for me. The bartenders were either too busy or forgot about us, so luckily another beer-lover assisted me in choosing and recommended the CBGB. This was right up my alley since I have recently discovered a love for sour beers! There were also a few syrup choices that you could add to it. I found that to be an interesting concept (which I’d never heard of) so I went with sour cherry. The beer was great and I certainly would’ve ordered another glass if it were less busy. I also tasted the Blouser which was alright, but still not my style.
My one complaint is that Six Ten’s website does not have their beer list. They do have an app, which I did download to find out what they had, but the interface isn’t the greatest and it was sort of a pain. They had outside seating which is nice for dog owners or people such as us who visit on a crowded Friday night. The big screen TVs inside were perfect for watching the Rays game and we could see just fine from our table outside. Although next time, I’d like to find a seat inside so I can avoid the mosquito bites!

This place is just cool. That’s my first impression as I hang out, but it’s cool without trying too hard or hipsterish cool. Confused yet?
So one of the first things I learned after my recent move to Tampa Bay is that this city is apparently an emerging haven for craft breweries and gastropubs. I was sitting at home alone on a Friday night and took to my Unilocal app and just entered craft beer. This little gem popped up as being nearby and thanks to the reviews I decided to give it a whirl. I picked up my ex coworker and headed over.
This place is on a street that I’ve never been on and probably would never have been on even though I work near the airport. It’s actually a pro and a con. I would never stumble across this place on my own, but it also means most other folks won’t so even for a Friday night we were able to find a table with no wait. They had quite a huge selection of bottled beers, many of which I’ve had in the past, so I decide to just give the in house brews a whirl. I start at the top and work my way down. My buddy is a bit less adventurous and starts off with some tasters, I go straight for pints. I FEAR NO BEER!
Ok, frat boy moment over. As I start to look at other tables, and a sidebar, I notice they have board games and even a super sized Jenga for guests just to use. It reminds me of an amazing brew tour I took in Brooklyn.
Overall, I’m really liking the vibe here. The tables, the chairs, the ambiance, the knowledgeable staff, and the tasty brew is all working together beautifully, and then I see this small dog just hanging around and working the crowd. As a dog dad myself, it was the icing, err, garnish on the beer. (sorry bad analogy twist)
For those who want something to munch on or crave some fast food when they drink, make sure you show up on one of the nights where an independent food truck sets up shop and hawks its culinary wares. Cool huh?

I know I’m not going to make many friends by bucking the consensus, but I have to.
I just don’t get what the big deal is? Maybe they didn’t have their best stuff on tap when I was here?
The beer is solid. It’s good, but nothing here really blew my mind. I didn’t drink anything here that made me want to get 32 or 128 ounces of it. I didn’t regret drinking the beer here, but I didn’t text friends saying «OMG U HAVE TO COME HERE» (I don’t really text like that).
The best parts of this place are:
The ambiance: very nice-looking brewing setup, lots of friendly locals, and friendly bar tenders.
The location: for the people that live near here. Although the Tampa Bay area has seen an EXPLOSION in the number of breweries ever since a millionaire owner of gentlemen’s clubs started injecting money into the craft beer industry… this area is still a relative beer desert.
There weren’t any foodcarts when I was here, but I love that setup! We ate at Loli’s down the street, which was incredible.
